Steer clear of this tool. We've been signing up for and trying out various subtitle generators over the past few weeks, and honestly, this one ranks among the worst. The upload process is pretty smooth, but the subtitles it churns out are shockingly inaccurate. To top it off, the editing interface is both clunky and slow. We spent around 3.5 hours tweaking the subtitles for an 84-minute video, which is just absurd compared to the minute-to-minute editing we experienced with Subtitlebee. Plus, we reached out to customer support twice this past week to express our dissatisfaction and ask for a partial refund since we've switched to a different tool, but we've heard absolutely nothing back. I can't recommend this tool at all. You'd be better off trying Subtitlebee or shelling out $1.50 per minute for Rev to get it done right. What a terrible experience.
